S V Chaudhari (or SVC as he is popularly known), born in a farmer family, studied Electrical Engineering and is a veteran of the Dairy Industry with over 26 years of rich and diverse experience including multiple stints at the top leadership positions of Co-operatives as well as Private Companies. Rose the ranks from a Technical Officer in 1998 to a Production Manager and a Factory Head to finally reaching the pinnacle of the dairy industry in co-operatives under the Amul brand. Served at leadership positions in Lactalis & Patanjali’s Dairy division simultaneous with running his own 250-animal cattle farm.
